About the Event
The Happy DEGART International KIDS Art Exhibition and Contest is being hosted by DEGALLERY, located in historic Bryan, Texas, from November through January.
This is a unique kids’ exhibition and contest for kids around the Globe!
Every year, we receive artwork from all continents, and our professional international artists’ jury selects winners in different categories.
Degallery displays original artwork of kids. Online exhibitions are available to the public around the World.
All our participants received online diplomas!
We are HAPPY to support talented young artists around the World!
ENTRY SUBMISSION
The application is FREE.
- You should apply your artwork image and application form ONLINE.
- From September 2, 2024, our Judges will select the Final Winners for the Exhibition at Degallery.
- From September 2 to September 10, all participants received information about Final Winners.
- Final winners should mail ORIGINAL ARTWORK to Degallery by October 30, 2024
- Only the Final Winner’s Artwork will be displayed at Degallery from November to January.
- All participants of HAPPY DEGART 2024 will also be displayed in Online Exhibition from November 2024
- Everyone received Diplomas by email, including Participants and Final Winners.
AWARDS JUDGE
Prizes
- Diplomas will be awarded in each category: Ages 4 through 7, ages 8 through 11, ages 12 through 14, and ages 15 through 17.
- All participants and winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Honorable Mentions) will receive an Online Certificate and Diplomas of Award.
- All winners will participate in Art Show at Degallery from November 17 to December 29.
- Best of The Show artworks in each category will receive a Prize, Diploma, and Rossete by mail.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
ELIGIBILITY
- This is an INTERNATIONAL juried competition open to ALL Countries.
- Artists must be 4 through 17 years of age to enter the contest.
- The main theme is “WORLD PEACE“
- All contestants will be judged on their original style and artistic value.
- Drawings must be original and authentic.
- Any medium is accepted: pencil, charcoal, watercolor, oil, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Pastels or charcoal entries must be properly sprayed to prevent smearing.
- Photographs and computer-generated artwork will not be accepted.
- Signatures or initials must appear on the front of the artwork and be located in one of the two lower corners. Don’t forget to include your name, age, country, and title of the drawing. Please also make sure you sign the picture with your original signature. All drawings without a signature, title (name of the drawing), and age will be automatically disqualified!
- Only one entry per student will be permitted.
- Also, any copied or traced drawings, paintings, etc., will be disqualified. We only accept original drawings and paintings.
- If you would like to refund your artwork and receive the original Diplomas, add this information to the registration form, and mail/email returned label from USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx for returning shipping. You can mail/email us returning label any time until January 10, 2024.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY OF ACCEPTED WORKS
Accepted artists will be responsible for the delivery of their shipped or hand-delivered artwork.

Pick up hand-delivered work January 1 – 10, 2025.
OUT-OF-TOWN ARTISTS: Artwork will be shipped to arrive at the DEGALLERY September 10 – October 30, 2024.
