Carolina Dalmas-

Argentinian artist Carolina Dalmas founder of “Artistically Painted and Designed” creates art with a deep connection to nature though botanical and floral themes.
Her artistic journey started when she was 7 and her mom registered her into a youth Art Academy, which she attended for years. Here, she built a passion for drawing and painting in all mediums, which gave her a strong foundation in visual arts. Dalmas set aside her career as an artist to attend school. She chose a scientific path and had an undergraduate degree in biochemistry with a post graduate degree in medical analysis and food science. After moving to the United States in 2004, Carolina left behind her career as a biochemist, and turned to her love for painting as a way to reconnect with her roots. As an adult, Carolina has continued her artistic studies with renowned artists around the world who have helped her transform her style from classical and neutral to a more dynamic, contemporary, and colorful one.
Her art classes are based on observation, encouraging her students to learn to see first, she believes this journey of discovery helps her students see the world as if they are seeing it for the first time, which not only helps them artistically but also in their everyday lives through creative problem solving.
Carolina is a member and active participant in different art societies and leagues, either as board member, running or participating in shows and exhibits.
She is always eager to collaborate and donate her time and artwork for good causes like Habitat for Humanity, Interfaith, Woodlands Art League, Kilpatrick Elementary School, Project Pink , Casa Argentina de Houston, and Hope under the Stars.
