Catalina Flores del Valle –

Originally from Madrid, Spain, Catalina brings a rich international perspective to her role as Secretary of the Board of DEGA International Art Association Inc. Beginning her professional journey in a legal career, Catalina later moved overseas due to her husband’s work, forming a family and embracing a life shaped by global experiences.
Having lived in Bolivia, Libya, Venezuela, Brazil, and the United States, Catalina has witnessed firsthand how people express themselves through art in diverse and meaningful ways, and how artistic styles evolve across cultures.
A lifelong traveler, Catalina explored countless museums, historical landmarks and archaeological sites throughout Europe, Africa, America and Asia. She enjoys nature as much as cultural and archaeological spaces, finding inspiration in both landscapes and human history.
Creatively, Catalina enjoys painting and has experimented with oils, acrylics, and watercolor, considering herself an enthusiastic amateur. Currently, she is exploring pottery and ceramics as new forms of artistic expression.
At Art DEGA, Catalina blends organizational leadership with a heartfelt commitment to cultural exchange, inclusion, and the celebration of artistic diversity.
